Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Talent Agent AI (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including candidates, recruiters, and platform administrators.

Accounts

You must create an account to use Talent Agent AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Talent Agent AI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Talent Agent AI only for its intended purpose — connecting candidates with employment opportunities through structured evaluation. You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile or job listings
  • Use the platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to platform systems
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or engage in spam-like behavior
  • Post job listings that misrepresent the nature of a role, the company, or the compensation
  • Use another user's account or impersonate another person or organization

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and any information they provide during the platform's evaluation process. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and may be shared with recruiters where relevant.

Recruiter responsibilities

Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of job listings they post, including role requirements, compensation information, and company details. Recruiters agree to use candidate data only for the purposes of evaluating and hiring for roles posted on the platform.

Recruiters may not use Talent Agent AI to build candidate databases for purposes outside the platform, share candidate data with third parties, or use evaluation outputs in ways inconsistent with applicable employment law.

Platform ownership and intellectual property

Talent Agent AI and all platform software, evaluation logic, workflows, and proprietary systems are owned by Talent Agent AI and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform, including your candidate profile and job listings. By submitting content, you grant Talent Agent AI a license to use, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the platform.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Talent Agent AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Talent Agent AI is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the platform will result in employment outcomes for candidates or successful hires for recruiters. Match rankings and evaluation outputs are intended to assist — not replace — human judgment in the hiring process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talent Agent AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
